原料
台灣本產米穀粉及小麥

調理方式(2人份)
1.米籽條煮的好吃,訣竅在於使用大湯鍋與足夠的水量。準備約5公升的水,加熱至沸騰。
2.取200克(本包裝2/3)小心放入滾水中,以長筷子輕輕攪動米籽條,以免互相黏住,烹煮時間約3分鐘,時間長短可依個人喜好口感調整,米籽條易熟,請小心不要煮太爛。
3.煮完米籽條的水,會有淡淡的米香味,也稍微濃稠。打入蛋花、加入紫菜或蔬菜、少許鹽和胡椒調味,關火後撒入蔥、滴些麻油,又香又濃的米香蛋花湯就完成
